WHO Reveals 3 of 70 Corona Virus Vaccines Being Tested in Humans

As many as 70 vaccines for the Corona COVID-19 virus have entered the development stage globally. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), three of these vaccines are being tested on humans.
One of the vasksins that has entered the second phase of clinical trials is an experimental vaccine developed by CanSino Biological Inc. The company is registered in Hong Kong and the Beijing Biotechnology Institute.
The other two that are being tested on humans were developed separately by drug manufacturers from the United States, Moderna Inc. and Inovio Pharmaceuticals. This process is proceeding quickly and hopes to be resolved soon.
In addition to the three companies, two giant pharmaceutical companies are also developing a candidate vaccine for COVID-19. The two companies, Pfizer and Sanofi.
In the past month, CanSino received approval from the Chinese government to begin conducting trials on humans. Meanwhile, Moderna, based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, also began testing in March after CanSino.
Quoting from the Times of India, another candidate, Inovio, just started testing on humans last week.
