1 Year Old Children Are Not Balanced When Standing?
morning .. r pus I am about 1 year old but my body is not balanced when I stand up and cannot even walk .. r what is the solution …
Hello Tika, thank you for the question for HealthReplies.com
The stages of motor development can vary from child to child. Large motor skills such as walking will be mastered through several stages. The first stage is that the child will learn to sit first (generally at the age of 4-7 months). Once able to sit, babies will learn to creep and crawl (usually at 7-10 months of age). After crawling, the child will learn to stand, walk with assistance, climb (generally at the age of 8-12 months). After being able to stand and walk with assistance, then the child will learn to stand without holding and walking. Generally, children can master this ability at the age of 12-18 months.
Sometimes progress can happen faster than that, sometimes it can happen later. However, as long as it does not pass the normal time limit, development is not considered to be disturbed. Sometimes children can also skip these stages of motor development. For example, there are children who do not learn to crawl but want to get up and walk right away. This is also normal.
If at this time your child cannot walk, this is still considered normal. You can help your child to walk by doing the following:
Don't hold the child all the time. Provide opportunities for children to learn to stand and walk. Place short, sturdy objects that the child can use as a support for standing and climbing. Train children to walk while you guide, motivate children to walk towards you alone. During training the child to stand and walk, you should not wear footwear, so that the child's feet can feel the hard base underneath and train their balance.
So much information from me, hopefully it will be enough to answer
