Hi Deann, thanks for the question for HealthReplies.com
Drugs such as Amoxicillin, Mefenamic Acid (Cargesik), Chlorpheniramine Maleate (Alleron), Cetirizine, and bear milk will not actually affect the results of your urine test. But there are a few things I want to confirm:
Did your medical check-up only include urine examination?
If there is also a blood test, some types of blood tests require fasting for approximately 8-10 hours. Therefore drinking bear milk at 4 o'clock can affect the results of your blood tests.
Are you taking any of these medicines as prescribed by your doctor or are you taking them on your own initiative?
The medicines you are taking are drugs that are classified as hard drugs (red circle medicine), except for Alleron which is a limited-free drug (blue circle medicine). You should not drink hard drugs carelessly and you should only buy them with a prescription from a doctor. If you do suffer from allergies, drugs such as Amoxicillin which is an antibiotic (a drug to kill bacteria), and mefenamic acid which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (a drug to relieve inflammation and relieve pain), is not the right drug for you to take, unless you are do have other disease conditions. Alleron and Cetirizine are both antihistamines (different generations) and are not recommended to be taken together because they have the potential to increase the side effects of each drug.
You should first consult your health condition with your doctor before you decide to take medication yourself.
So much information from me, hopefully it will be enough to answer
