Hello, I’m a worker who deals with computers every day. Every time I think too hard or just sleepy but force myself to work all of a sudden my head like there is pressure and end in headaches, sometimes one side pain. This can happen 2-3x a week I feel a headache. Is this dangerous? And what do I have to do so that it doesn’t drag on feeling pain? thank you

First of all I need to inform you that dizziness and headaches are different terms. Dizziness is a term to describe complaints such as fainting, spinning sensation, or the sensation of losing balance. This complaint is not the same as a headache. Complaints of headaches that you feel can be caused by tension headaches due to your activities working at the computer. Working at a computer with improper posture and without rest can cause muscle tension and headaches. In addition, headache complaints can also be caused by cluster headaches, migraines, infections in the body (flu, sinusitis, meningitis), vision problems, and others.


You can do the following suggestions:

improve your posture when sitting working at a computer
make sure you stretch your muscles regularly while working, avoid working without breaks
much rest
regular food consumption
multiply the consumption of fluids
consumption of paracetamol to relieve headaches
manage stress well
