D the vaginal discharge comes out of mucus, I get a white discharge and have seen it twice … but the chapter is a lot … and my child is also not fussy, he sleeps well, how about that?
Hello Aba Dan, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Normally, even if they have not breastfeeded frequently, the newborn will still pass urine, and must have excreted urine within 24 hours after birth with a minimum amount of 1cc / kg / hour.
If within 24 hours the urine comes out less than that number or even does not come out at all until 48 hours after birth, it is advisable to immediately bring your child to a pediatrician for further examination and therapy because this is not something that normal and can indicate interference with the urinary tract such as side effects of drugs given during childbirth, a blockage in the urinary hole, acute kidney failure or abnormalities of the kidney / congenital urinary tract.
For now, it is highly recommended that you continue to monitor how your child's urine output is, whether it still does not exist or already exists but is still small. If yes, immediately take it to the pediatrician. Keep giving ASI as often as possible and make sure your milk is sufficient for your daily needs.
I hope this helps.
