Late menstruation accompanied by pain in the abdomen around the navel and the right side can occur due to various factors. If these two complaints appear together, the trigger could be an ectopic pregnancy. This condition refers to a pregnancy whose fertilization results are not implanted in the uterus, but in the fallopian tubes, ovaries, and even in the abdominal cavity.


Aside from an ectopic pregnancy, your complaint may also occur due to a reasonable pregnancy, grape pregnancy, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, pelvic inflammation, myoma, side effects of drugs or birth control, stress, and so on.
