Hello Ley, Thank you for the question.
Testpack is one of the easy pregnancy detection devices. Testpack detects the presence of the human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) hormone that forms in the body when a woman is pregnant by using urine samples. Basically, a testpack can be done before you are late for menstruation because if fertilization does occur, this hormone has begun to form. However, to get more accurate results, you can wait for up to 1 week late menstruation. The aim is to wait for higher levels of the hormone hCG to be more easily detected.
Testpack shows positive results if it shows two red lines, no matter how faint the second line is. However, you need to remember that this positive testpack result needs to be confirmed by an ultrasound examination by an obstetrician. All you can do right now is wait until you are menstruating late for 1 week then do a re-testpack. If the results remain positive, the two red lines are getting clearer, you can immediately consult an obstetrician to ensure pregnancy with ultrasound. If you are impatient to find out if you are pregnant or not, you can consult an obstetrician and then request a blood hCG examination. The hCG hormone can be detected at blood tests earlier than from the testpack (with urine).
In the meantime, please maintain your health by getting enough rest. consume nutritious food regularly including those containing folic acid, increase the consumption of water, exercise regularly, avoid smoking and consuming alcoholic beverages, and avoid the consumption of drugs or supplements without doctor's advice.
I hope this helps.
