Hello Bayu,

Thanks for the question. A varicocele is an enlarged vein that occurs in the scrotum. In general, surgical treatment of varicocele will be done if the enlarged blood vessels cause pain or if it interferes with the fertility of the sufferer. Although surgery has been done, in some cases the sufferer can still experience pain in the scrotum. This is one of the complications of surgery, namely pain that is not handled. Apart from unresolved pain, other complications are:

the appearance of hydrocele, which is a buildup of fluid in the scrotum, recurrence of varicocele infection in the surgical wound of the testicle that shrinks in the operated area, fertility problems still occur. Please consult a urologist again so that the doctor can examine you and find the cause. If the cause can be treated then treatment will be given to the doctor immediately.

Hope this information is useful.
