5 Healthy 4 Perfect Myth Or Not?
5 healthy 4 perfect myth or not
Hello DOM, thank you for the question.
Maybe the question you are referring to here is a healthy 4 perfect 5 diet, huh?
Some time ago the concept of eating 4 healthy 5 perfect is indeed still used in the medical world as one of the easy recommendations for people to adopt a healthy and balanced diet and this is not a myth, but a slogan stated on the basis of research. However, for now, the concept has begun to change into a new slogan, namely my meal or the contents of my plate since approximately 2017 issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
This new slogan contains an easy way to determine how much food we should consume and what kind of food we should consume at one meal. In general, my dinner plates are as follows:
1 round plate is divided into several sections, namely:
3-4 servings of staple foods (rice / potatoes / sweet potatoes)
2-3 servings of side dishes
2-3 servings of fruits
3-4 servings of vegetables
Accompanied by several things that must also be done at every meal, namely:
Limit the amount of sugar, salt and oil to be consumed
Wash your hands by using running water and soap before and after eating
Consume 1 glass of water at every meal
I hope this helps.
