9 Month Old Babies Vomit After Eating And Their Temperature Drops?
I want to ask, my 9 month old child vomits after eating, as a result his appetite is reduced and his face is pale, his body temperature drops, I have checked with the midwife he said intestinal cramps, and his intestines are injured r n What is the cause? r n Is it dangerous? r nAnd how to treat it?
Hello Mrs. Latifa,
Vomiting in children can be caused by gastroenteritis (gastrointestinal infection), food allergies, food poisoning, or due to other diseases outside the digestive tract that can cause vomiting, for example urinary tract infections, bronchopneumonia, and so on. The cough reflex in children is also not good so that the child can vomit. Vomiting in children can also occur due to excessive stimulation after eating, for example because of joking, jumping, swinging, etc.
Considering your child's vomiting is accompanied by fever, it may be an infection. Children who are vomiting should be brought to the doctor immediately for further examination. Children easily become dehydrated which can be dangerous. So you should immediately take your child to the doctor so that your child can be examined and given the appropriate treatment.
