A Dark Look At Every Stand?
Doctor, I want to ask, I have a sister, and she complains that every time she stands there, sometimes the view is dark, but the head doesn’t feel dizzy, right?
strong> Hello Hendi,
Thank you for your question.
Dark vision during movement indicates a condition wherein the blood pump to the brain decreases. Causing dark vision. Less blood pump is caused due to low blood pressure, or often called hypotension.
Hypotension is a state where blood pressure or pressure is below 90/60. Hypotension is a condition that is not dangerous, it's just that for some people will complain of dizziness.
Causes of hypotension include several conditions, namely:
1. Dehydration / lack of fluids
2. Infectious diseases such as typhoid or dbd
3. Lack of B vitamins
5. Heart abnormalities
Hypotension itself is characterized by symptoms: nausea, vomiting, dizziness, blurred and dark vision, fainting, and sometimes shortness of breath.
If you experience this, it is accompanied by signs of shock, such as fever, shortness of breath, palpitations, cold sweat and bleeding. Then immediately check yourself to the doctor. It aims to see whether there is an infection or not.
There are several ways you can do to increase blood delivery: increase salt consumption (but if you have hypertension, please reduce salt consumption), increase consumption of at least 2 liters per day, exercise to help pump blood to the heart and the whole body.
Here are ways you can do to help increase blood pump.
Wish you good health always :)
