Hello Aizaa,

Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.

In women, the thighs and calves are indeed one area that is easily piled with fat, so they look big and sag when not handled properly. These large thighs and calves, for some people, can be very disturbing in appearance and can reduce self-confidence.

To help shrink your thighs and calves, you can do the following types of exercise:

Fire Hydrant
Elevator leg
Go down the stairs
Jump rope
Jogging, and so on

Not only exercise, diet and lifestyle modification, you should also do to get a more ideal body shape. The healthy eating patterns you can do by:

Eat medium or small portions, but stretch
Limit consumption of foods that contain high cholesterol, trans fat, and saturated fat
As a substitute for rice, you can consume wheat, shirataki, oats --- rice you may consume, it's just that portions should be reduced so as not to overdo it
Expand the consumption of foods rich in fiber and antioxidants, especially vegetables, fruits, and nuts
Avoid consumption of high-calorie snacks
Stay away from alcohol

With your height being 144 cm, your ideal body weight should range from 39 to 48 kg. If within 1 to 3 months you have difficulty achieving significant weight loss, do not hesitate to consult directly with your doctor, nutritionist and personal trainer huh ..

I hope this helps.
