Glandular TB is a bacterial infection condition Mycobacterium tuberculosis that attacks certain glands in the body. Systemic symptoms that can be experienced from sufferers such as:
Mild fever
Weight loss
Tired quickly
Night sweats
While cough is not a symptom that is often found in glandular TB. And 57% of patients with glandular TB also do not experience systemic symptoms as above. So, you don't have to have the above symptoms for glandular TB infection to occur.
