A Sore Face?
Look, I used apple cider vinegar for about 4 days, but it didn’t hurt on the first and second days, right on the third day until now it hurts, is it the effect of apple cider vinegar or irritation? Please explain
Apple cider vinegar or apple cider vinegar as a facial cleanser has actually not been clinically tested for its benefits. But many sources claim that apple cider vinegar can be used as an acid toner to clean the face because of its acetic acid content. There has not been much research on this, so its safety and effectiveness are unknown. So how much vinegar to use to get the desired effect or to avoid negative effects is not known.
The acetic acid found in apple cider vinegar is quite acidic, so it is not impossible to trigger skin peeling or irritation. Maybe the current sting is due to the apple cider vinegar. You should immediately stop using it and have your face checked by a doctor so that it can be treated immediately.
The doctor will examine you, and determine the appropriate treatment. If you have skin problems, a dermatologist can also treat it with drugs that have been clinically tested.
