A Way To Exercise Or Exercise To Increase Strength Without Increasing Muscle Mass?
, I want to ask about muscle mass. Right, as muscle mass increases or muscle size increases, a person’s strength also increases.
The addition of muscle strength does not always have to increase or increase muscle mass. To increase your own muscle strength, you can do several ways, such as doing sports and exercising regularly. Increasing muscle strength alone can provide benefits such as maintaining body flexibility and balance, improving posture, controlling weight, helping prevent injury, and preventing the risk of health problems, sleeping better, and increasing self-confidence.
Exercises that can be done include regular routine exercises such as sit ups, push ups, crunches, planks, squats or other activities such as swimming, aerobics, and of course fulfilling nutritional intake and diet. Often exercise or fitness if we don't do a bulking program we can have increased muscle strength without increasing muscle mass.
