Hello Erni Sintia, thank you for asking with HealthReplies.com beforehand.

Pain and abdominal pain that is felt after appendicitis is a natural thing. Surgical incision wounds can cause pain to the patient and usually the doctor will give certain painkillers that must be consumed routinely to relieve pain in the wound. Surgical wound healing and postoperative recovery generally lasts for 2 to 6 weeks. However, you need to be vigilant if the following symptoms appear after appendicitis:

Fever or cold.
Redness, swelling, bleeding, or discharge in the surgical wound.
Continuous pain in the surgical site.
Loss of appetite or unable to eat and drink.
Continuous cough, difficulty breathing, or shortness of breath.
Pain, cramps, or swelling in the stomach.
There is no bowel movement for 2 days or more.
Diarrhea for 3 days or more.

If symptoms appear above, then immediately consult a doctor.

Thank you, hope that helps.
