Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Previously I would like to confirm first:
Is there a collision when falling from a motorcycle in certain areas (especially in the pubic area, lower abdomen, or pelvic area)? Do you mean by bleeding when urinating is blood coming out with your urine (blood coming out of the urinary tract) or you are bleeding from the vagina (your urine is normal)? At what time is your period?
Basically at the end of the menstrual period (after passing the 2nd or 3rd day), the amount of menstrual blood will be less, so if menstrual bleeding does not come out in the pads after the 3rd day, it is normal- just normal. Menstrual bleeding is indeed not completely clean until the 5th day or until the 7th day, so that the blood comes out only when urinating alone, or only in the form of spots on the underwear is normal.
Even so, you really have to pay attention, whether you really see the blood coming out with your urine or not (you can see when you urinate out, whether the urine is cloudy brown or just plain clear yellow). If you look in the toilet bowl, the urine may have been mixed with blood coming out of your vagina. If indeed you see your urine when it comes out is cloudy / mixed with blood, you should immediately go to the doctor. The doctor will probably suggest urinating, and refer to urology if there is an injury to your urethra due to an accident.
If indeed during an accident you experience a collision in the abdominal area, genitals, or pelvis and until now you still feel pain in your stomach, you should immediately consult a hospital so that further evaluation can be done. Blunt force collision in these areas may not give the appearance of certain injuries on the outside, but injuries can occur in internal organs. To find out with certainty examination must be carried out such as ultrasound or X-ray. Injury to internal organs can certainly be very dangerous if not treated quickly, therefore you should immediately consult a hospital.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
