Abdominal Pain Right Up To The Waist And Groin?
Good evening, my name is Arif (32 years old). Lately I feel that my right abdomen feels like a lump and feels like a knife has been slashed, especially when I sit (every day my work requires sitting all day in front of the computer), and the pain spreads to my waist and groin. Oh when you wake up, your right foot feels like pins and needles. Why does it hurt me? Thank you in advance.

Some diseases can be related to complaints that you experience, including:
1. Urinary stones
2. Appendicitis or worm appendix, in medical language is called appendicitis
3. Hernia pulposus (HNP) or pinched nerve hernia
Try to consume lots of water, which is at least 2-3L a day. Sit in the correct or ergonomic position. Do muscle relaxation by exercising a little between the time you work.
If complaints of pain are increasingly disturbing accompanied by disorders of urinating and high fever, then immediately consult a urologist. However, if a complaint of pain is experienced in the lower right abdomen (painful and increasingly painful pain) accompanied by high fever or if the complaint is accompanied by not able to hold urinating / unable to move the legs, then immediately to the emergency room of the nearest hospital.
If there is no sign of the above emergency, you must stay at home and do the treatment independently (ice packs can relieve the symptoms of abdominal pain that you experience).
Thus hopefully useful.
