Abdominal Pain That Appears Accompanied By Bleeding From The Vagina?
Ass .. I had abdominal pain after 1 week of sexual intercourse. And my period was out of date 15. Is it menstrual bleeding or what is it? R nWhat menstrual bleeding can I get pregnant?
Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
The contraction of the abdominal muscles is quite intense during sexual intercourse, which can be quite disturbing. However, if there are no other factors, the pain should get better in 1 to 2 days and not be permanent.
Abdominal pain that appears along with bleeding from the birth canal can be a part of regular menstruation. Abdominal pain usually occurs just before menstruation until the early days of menstruation because the uterine muscles contract violently enough to release menstrual blood, causing pressure on the blood vessels that supply the uterus and trigger hypoxia (lack of oxygen to cells). So, how to distinguish it from pregnancy blood?
Pregnancy blood, or often referred to as implantation spots, occurs due to tearing of the uterine blood vessels when the fertilized implants in the uterine wall. This condition can be accompanied by abdominal pain, but the intensity is generally not as great as what women often experience when approaching menstruation. In addition, normal pregnancy blood is not too much (only 1-2 drops) and the duration is not too long (only 1-2 days) in contrast to menstrual blood.
To confirm this, you can do a testpack check. If the blood that comes out is part of regular menstruation, then of course the test pack results will be negative. Because, it is impossible for a woman who is pregnant to experience menstruation. Likewise, vice versa.
Or, if you are still in doubt, you can also get yourself checked directly to a gynecologist so that monitoring is carried out by means of a blood test or ultrasound.
Hope this helps ..
