Abdominal Pain That Penetrates Into The Back Area Accompanied By Headaches?
Good afternoon, I am 24th lady. It’s been about a week since I had stomach ache, it felt so painful that sometimes it went through the back and the pain disappeared. Besides that my head is also very painful, in the morning my body feels healthy but in the afternoon my body starts to get hot and feels sick all over. I’ve been taking headache medicine and heartburn medicine. But the pain will disappear for a moment and appear again, especially in the middle of the night … please enlighten me. Good evening Dyah,
Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
The complaints you experience may or may not be a symptom of an illness or are related or not. The causes of abdominal pain vary depending on the location of the pain.
Typhoid or typhus is an infection caused by the bacteria Salmonella typhi. This infection is related to food and drink that has been contaminated with bacteria. Symptoms include fever, abdominal pain, constipation or diarrhea, and headaches.
Urinary tract infection. Patients will experience symptoms of lower abdominal pain accompanied by fever and sometimes chills. In addition, there is a history of pain when urinating or currently suffering from burning sensation when urinating.
Appendicitis. Inflammation of the appendix causes pain in the lower right abdomen accompanied by nausea and vomiting, sometimes the patient has a fever.
Inflammation of the gallbladder. Symptoms include abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, fever and putty-like stools. Sometimes fever is accompanied by chills.
Inflammation of the pancreas. Symptoms include abdominal pain such as back tension, nausea, vomiting, and fever.
Inflammation of the kidney or pyelonephritis with symptoms in the form of abdominal pain which is sometimes also pain in the back, high fever and chills, pain when urinating.
We recommend that you consult an Internal Medicine Specialist for your complaint so that the cause is immediately known and can be given appropriate therapy.
The advice I can give:
consume more water
do not eat red or dark fruit such as watermelon, papaya, coffee or chocolate, so that if there is bleeding it can be seen
get enough rest
if fever or headache can take paracetamol according to the recommended dose.
