And physical changes such as being rich are about to come menstruating but up to now there is no Dateng menstruation. I should have been on January 12 because my menstrual cycle was 3 days ahead. Can you check it already?

1 Answer:

Hi Hesty,

Thank you for the question.

Late menstruation accompanied by frequent urination can indeed be part of a subjective sign of pregnancy. However, as the name suggests, given this condition is very subjective, of course this needs to be ascertained with a more accurate examination, one of them with a testpack. Ideally, so that the results obtained are more accurate, you can do a new test pack if menstruation delays have occurred at least 1 week.

In addition to being pregnant, late menstruation can also be caused by other factors, for example fatigue, stress, obesity, extreme diets, the influence of drugs, side effects of contraception, ovarian cysts, lack of exercise, hyperthyroidism, thyroid adenoma, chronic diseases, and so on. As for frequent urination, in addition to being pregnant, can also be caused by urinary tract infections, overactive bladder, cystitis, urinary tract stones, diabetes, excessive anxiety, excessive caffeine consumption, excessive cold exposure, and so on.

If you have already tried to do a testpack, whatever the results, you should reconfirm the testpack by checking directly to the doctor or obstetrician. In the meantime, so that your periods return smoothly, and you no longer urinate too often, the best thing to do is:

Discipline to do a healthy lifestyle, including by exercising every day, don't stress too much, maintain your ideal body weight, multiply eating vegetables and fruits
Drink 2-3 liters of water a day, especially water
Do not take drugs carelessly without a prescription directly from a doctor
Improve the cleanliness of your sex organs
Do not like to hold bowel movements or small

Hope this helps ...
