Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Basically, acne pimples, also called nodular pimples (or cystic pimples if it feels soft and contains pus in them) are indeed severe acne and indicate inflammation and infection in the deeper layers of the skin. However, acne generally will not cause disruption to the bones around the zit or interfere with other organs such as eyes.
However, acne which includes severe acne such as nodular acne and cystic acne must receive proper treatment from a doctor (dermatologist or aesthetist). Nodular or cystic acne generally will not heal with acne therapy at home. However, given the corona virus pandemic now, you are not allowed to go to the doctor unless it is very forced. Therefore for the time being, here are some things you can do:
You should not touch, squeeze, squeeze, or prick your zits.
Clean your face properly at least 2 times a day, morning and night, do not sleep with cosmetics
Use gentle soap for the face, choose soap that suits your skin type
Don't rub too hard
Acne compresses using warm compresses after you wash your face, approximately 15-20 minutes, do not use hot water because it can burn your facial skin
You may try using a cream such as benzoyl peroixide, although its effectiveness in dealing with deep pimples such as nodular and cystic acne is not very good
Apply a facial moisturizer that is suitable for your skin type
Make sure you always protect your skin from direct sunlight, use a hat / umbrella and use sunscreen when going out in the morning and afternoon.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
