Hello Tuti, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Allergy is a hypersensitivity reaction of the body to a certain substance which is generally not harmful to the body, but on the other hand in an allergic state there is an excessive immune response to that particular substance. Protein allergies are included in food allergies where the body secretes an excessive immune response to proteins that enter the body. reactions that arise can be in the form of disorders of the skin in the form of itching or rash, disorders of digestion such as constipation, diarrhea, abdominal pain, or disorders of breathing such as coughing and shortness of breath.
The most effective treatment in allergic cases is to avoid allergens or allergens which in this case is protein. therefore it is better for you to evaluate the food consumed daily so that it does not contain protein.
some foods that contain protein include:
Eggs Meat, fish, seafood Nuts, including soy sauce Milk if complaints persist you should check yourself with a doctor of internal medicine, to consult diet and dietary restrictions that must be avoided and get further treatment.
