Based on the story that you convey, there is a possibility that there is currently a psychological shock on yourself that will cause changes in your attitude, mindset, emotions and daily behavior. But to ensure that further detailed questions and answers are needed. Some possible disorders that you experience are as follows:
The two disorders above have some similarities, so it is difficult to distinguish. In depression there are no manic / happy episodes. Whereas in bipolar mood swings / mood changes are very drastic. In some cases severe complaints because it can endanger the patient such as crossing to suicide, or trying to hurt themselves.
For this reason it is necessary to immediately deal with complaints that you feel. Immediately visit a psychiatrist to confirm your diagnosis. Some therapeutic methods can be done such as using drugs, or piscotherapy.
Right now what you can do is:
Avoid over-thinking / excessive stress.
Evaluate the problem you are experiencing right now.

Ask to be accompanied during your treatment by someone, because usually the treatment will take a little time. This can make you negligent sometimes.
