Pregnant women sometimes have difficulty defecating. This might be caused by lack of fiber and water intake. Hard and difficult bowel movements require one to push more during the bowel movement. This can eventually lead to the formation of hemorrhoids (hemorrhoids). In addition, in pregnant women, increasing the size and volume of the uterus will increase pressure on the anal blood vessels so that the blood vessels eventually dilate and form hemorrhoids.
Hemorrhoids do not always arise hanging outside the anus. Internal hemorrhoids occur dilation of anal blood vessels in the inner wall of the anus. External hemorrhoids occur dilation of the anal blood vessels and hang out of the anus.
Hemorrhoids can cause bleeding during bowel movements, especially when rubbed by hard stool. In addition, hard and difficult bowel movements can also cause anal fissures. Anal fissure is a condition in which small tears occur in the anal mouth due to a difficult bowel process. Both can cause annoying pain. Another possibility is the occurrence of anal fistula, an abnormal duct that connects the inside of the anus to the anal skin. Fistulas are easily infected and can cause painful abscesses.
Please consult with your doctor directly. The doctor needs to examine you directly, so that you can assess the possible diagnosis. The action or treatment will be adjusted to the diagnosis. While you should drink 2 L of water a day, multiply the consumption of fiber in the form of vegetables and fruit. Maintain anal hygiene after bowel and bladder.
Thus information from me, hopefully can be useful. Regards.
