Anxious Feeling When You Hear A Loud Sound?
I want to ask, why, if I hear a loud sound, speed, for example riding a speeding motorbike, I feel anxious or panic in my heart, why? Does that include a phobia? Because it comes almost often 😓
Phobias are excessive fear of something. This fear can arise in certain situations, certain objects, being in a certain place, certain animals or others. This condition can be mild to severe where the sufferer can cause depression, panic and as much as possible avoid the triggers of fear.
If the trigger condition does cause danger or excessive anxiety, then it is still within reasonable limits. Phobia itself can be recognized by the reaction of excessive fear, accompanied by rapid breathing, chest tightness and pain, shortness of breath, dizziness or headache, nausea, trembling and sweating, ringing in the ears, wanting to urinate or causing fear to cry and others. .
If these conditions and signs arise, you can ask a doctor or psychiatrist to do a further interview about what you are experiencing. If needed, later therapy will be carried out to help overcome fear and change the way of thinking about the feared thing so that it can control the phobia experienced or if necessary will also be given medical assistance if needed.
