Activities or sports that involve jumping movements most often cause urinary incontinence abnormalities, which is a condition when the urine (urine out of itself can not be arrested). This is especially true for women who have given birth due to weakening of the pelvic floor muscles. In women this incontinence can easily also occur if when jumping vesika urinary (bladder / bladder) in a full state.
Anyang-anyangan is a layman's term used to describe pain during urination (dysuria). The feeling of anyangangangan is often accompanied by other urinary complaints such as frequency (frequent and minor urination) or urgeency (the sensation of wanting to urinate so that it is difficult to hold). These complaints can arise for example in the following diseases:
Urinary tract infection
Prostate inflammation (male)
Sexually transmitted disease
Urinary tract stones
There are many other diseases that can also cause similar symptoms. The doctor needs to inquire in full the clinical symptoms that you feel, and match them with the results of the physical examination found. Investigations such as urine analysis, ultrasound examination, cystoscopy, and other examinations need to be done for certain cases.
Treatment also needs to be adjusted to what is the cause of the complaint you feel. If a bacterial infection is treated with antibiotics. If urinary stones are found, treatment and invasive measures are taken to remove the stones.
What you can do in the meantime is this: Drink more water, do not hold back when there is a feeling of wanting to urinate, give a warm compress in the lower abdomen. If possible do a direct examination with your doctor if symptoms persist.
* In the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak, pay attention to measures to prevent transmission of disease if you want to travel outside the home, including to health facilities.
Thus the explanation from me, hopefully useful.
