Hello, Dance

Aplastic anemia and leukemia are two different things, aplastic anemia is a condition in which the spinal cord cells as the blood factory stop producing new blood cells (both red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets). Meanwhile, leukemia or blood cancer is a condition in which white blood cells are produced in large numbers but do not function as they should.

So that in conditions of aplastic anemia there will be a decrease in the number of red blood cells, white blood cells, and also platelets, because the factory has stopped producing. Whereas in the condition of leukemia there is a malfunction in the factory so that the white blood cells are produced to be abnormal in excessive numbers, so that the white blood cell levels will increase and there can be a decrease in the value of red blood cells and thromobocytes.

Symptoms of plastic anemia are not differentiated between mild and severe, but become one unit because there is no clear boundary between conditions that can be considered mild and which are considered severe.

The symptoms that may arise from those who have aplastic anemia are the symptoms of a deficiency of each blood cell. Lack of angry blood cells will result in fatigue, shortness of breath, dizziness / spinning or floating sensation, pale skin, headaches, chest pain. Meanwhile, a decrease in white blood cells will make the person have a fever or become susceptible to infection. Then the lack of blood platelets will cause the person to experience bleeding and bruising easily, causing frequent nosebleeds.

The conditions of aplastic anemia and leukemia are conditions that should not be underestimated, so it is better for those with this condition to see an internist (if an adult) or a pediatrician (if they are still children).
