I am Gessa, a man aged 30When badminton exercises suddenly his left leg for the knee is like shifting the friction to the right, causing a slight pain during the event. Then I went to the renowned physiotherapist chiropractor (H. ebun) in the Bandung city area. At present I can walk normally without pain, but at certain activities such as: * go up the stairs too high * when bending my legs to the buttocks * from stand up to sit on the floor wrong pedestal.All the cases above cause friction again u0026amp; pain. Countermeasures given by the physiotherapist are only a few stretching movements so that they return to normal as follows: * Sit under the foot position straight ahead u0026amp; reach the tip of the toe with your hand * Bend the injured leg while sleeping slowly in scal 15 seconds.
