Are Coughs, Colds, And A Body That Feels Hot Are Symptoms Of Corona?
I have been coughing cold for 3 days. and my body feels hot but my body temperature is normal doc why huh ?? Am I exposed ??
Thank you for the question.
A cough, runny nose, and body that feels hot, can indeed indicate that you are exposed to COVID-19. But in addition, these complaints may also occur due to viral or other bacterial infections, allergies, inflammatory disorders, foreign body aspirations, and many other potential diseases.
As long as your body temperature is still normal, you do not experience shortness of breath, and have never had close contact with sufferers or suspects of COVID-19, you should not panic. First, do the independent handling efforts as follows:
Get more rest at home, don't go out unless it's an emergency
Use a mask while still coughing a cold
Drink plenty of warm water, and eat fruits that are rich in vitamin C
Don't eat and drink cold and oily ones first
Regularly exercise and don't smoke
Never contact with dust, cigarettes, cold, smoke, pollution, dry air, pollen, animal dander, and other allergen variations
Conversely, if you feel the danger signs above, you can check yourself directly to the doctor to be treated further according to the cause, yes. If necessary, the doctor can refer you to the ENT doctor or internal medicine.
I hope this helps.
