Are Pimples On The Right Cheek A Sign Of Lung Disorders?
Night. I’m Umie, 25 years old. Usually my face will appear just one zit on the face either on the nose or cheeks. But this time my zits appeared a lot on the right cheek. My diet is quite good, especially I do not like jungfood and prefer to drink water. And my makeup and skincare has nothing to replace (that’s all from the past). Because I also don’t feel short of breath or have difficulty breathing so far. I have never checked into the lab because there aren’t any complaints. Acne on the right cheek is a disturbance in the breathing or lungs. Please explain, thank you.
Good evening, thanks for the question
It is not true that the appearance of pimples on the left cheek is caused by a disturbance in the respiratory system. Acne vulgaris or acne is a chronic inflammatory disease of the oil glands due to several factors. The formation of acne is triggered by an increase in sebum production, changes in the pattern of keratinization, inflammation, and colonization of bacteria.
Acne appears when hair follicles are blocked by the presence of loose skin cells and excess oil production, or because of cosmetic products that are clogged with follicles. Other conditions that can trigger acne are hormonal fluctuations. Acne in adults due to hormonal fluctuations generally does affect areas in the area under the face, such as under the cheeks or around the jawbone. Hormonal fluctuations are caused by menstruation, polycystic ovary symptoms, or an increase in androgen hormones.
To prevent acne, consider the following:
- Live regularly and be healthy, get enough rest, exercise, according to body conditions, avoid stress.
- Use of cosmetics to taste.
- Avoiding the oil gland clogging, for example liquor, spicy food, cigarettes, unhealthy environment and so on.
- Avoid dust pollution, acne squeezing.
That's all, hope you can help.
