Asi On The Left That Has Never Been Drunk?
Hello?? my son is 18 months old, can I drink my left breast because he never drank it since he was a baby
Hello Dinda, Thank you for the question.
Have you been pumping your left breast? Have you ever had complaints of pain in your left breast? There is no prohibition on breastfeeding from your left breast even though you have never done it before. It is recommended to always empty both your breasts either by breastfeeding directly or pumping breast milk so that the milk does not clog the ducts and cause infection (mastitis). Emptying your breasts regularly every 2-3 hours is also recommended to keep breast milk production in order to remain smooth. It is recommended that you breastfeed your baby on one breast until it is empty before moving on the breast next to it. The goal is for the baby to get all the nutrients from the milk that comes out first (fore milk) and milk that comes out last (hind milk). Another thing that is not less important is to maintain your child's nutritional intake by providing a variety of food sources from carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, and minerals so that your child's growth and development is running optimally.
Hopefully this information helps you.
