1 Answer:

Hello,

The cause of the feeling of wanting to defecate continuously in the morning is often caused by digestive disorders such as infection in the rectum or inflammation of the intestine. If the complaint that you feel is very disturbing and accompanied by complaints such as:

Bowel problems such as diarrhea or constipation are experienced in a period of more than 1 week. Blood and mucous out of the anal canal. Abdominal pain that does not improve with simple handling at home.

If there are at least 2 complaints and symptoms above, immediately consult a specialist in internal medicine. The doctor requires a direct medical examination to determine the medical condition that you experience and determine the appropriate treatment.

But if there are no symptoms and other complaints that you may experience are mild digestive disorders, do the following tips:

Try breakfast though in small amounts, such as toast or bananas (which are ripe and sweet). If you have difficulty defecating, multiply to eat fibrous foods such as vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, avoid eating spicy foods, too oily and coconut milk. Perform physical activities such as jogging, cycling and swimming to maintain overall body health. Consumption of two liters of drinking water per day. Avoid drinking caffeinated drinks like coffee / tea.

Thus the info we can share, hopefully helps you.
