Hello, I am Faris, a 20-year-old male, complaining of my pain if I take a deep breath there is a rattling on my back to my neck, now I wake up sleeping in my back and around my waist the muscles feel tight and like being hugged tightly from behind. I once consulted a general practitioner but was ignored and laughed at for hearing the rustling sound using a stethoscope on my back. Please where should I go and how to treat this? Oh yeah, I have experienced traumatic pain in my back because of being ganged up and caused by karate sports, thanks in advance
