BAK Feels Pain, Comes Out Little By Little And The Stomach Feels Pressed?
, 3 days ago I had a fever. After that, in the morning I urinated painfully. And many times back and forth the bathroom. Urine out even a little. Now the lower abdomen above the genitals feels pressing. Sometimes until pain in the hips. I sleep so uncomfortable. Why is that?
Urinary pain is most often caused by urinary tract infections. Urinary tract infections are most often caused by bacterial infections of the digestive tract (anus) and also genital bacterial infections. Women are more at risk, because the lower urinary tract (urethra) is shorter in size than men. The location and shape of the female urethra facilitate the entry of bacteria into the urinary tract.
Urinary tract infections most often cause inflammation in the urethra and bladder (cystitis), in some cases urinary tract infections can affect the upper urinary tract such as the ureter and kidney.
Symptoms of urinary tract infections are:
The presence of blood or pus in the urine
Urine smells bad and stings
Flavor of any time - not complete when urinating
Pain in the lower abdomen or around the pelvis
Nausea - vomiting (usually in children)
The diagnosis of urinary tract infections is obtained from the history taking of clinical symptoms, physical examination, and the results of investigations supporting urinalysis. In urinalysis patients with urinary tract infections generally get a significant increase in white blood cells.
Patients diagnosed with urinary tract infections will be given antibiotic treatment (which must be taken for several days to expire). If symptoms persist even though treatment has run out, you should check back to the doctor for re-evaluation. UTIs of women <40 years old may recur with the following risk factors:
Frequency of sexual intercourse> 3 times / week
Previous UTI history (as a child)
Use of spermicide
Changing sexual partners
Your mother has a history of UTI
Secretory status of antigens of certain blood groups
Thus the explanation from me, hopefully useful.
