Hello!

Thank you for using the HealthReplies.com consulting service
Menstrual cycle is related to hormone regulation in the body. The hormones estrogen and progesterone produced in the reproductive organs, as well as the FSH and LH hormones from the brain are hormones that function to regulate a woman's menstrual cycle and when undergoing pregnancy. Normally the menstrual cycle occurs between 28 to 35 days. Whether or not the menstrual cycle is affected is influenced by various factors, including hormonal fluctuations, food consumed, physical / psychological stress, fatigue, activities undertaken, excess body weight, effects of using contraceptive pills / drugs containing hormones, polycystic ovary syndrome and various other conditions that also affect reproductive hormones.

Hormonal problems are the most frequent causes that can cause irregular menstrual cycles. Every woman has a different menstrual pattern. The various problems related to menstruation are not smooth, including:

Polimenorrhea: menstrual cycles less than 21 days
Oligomenorrhea: a menstrual cycle of more than 35 days
Amenorrhea: no menstruation for 3 consecutive months
Menometorrhagia: prolongation of the menstrual cycle accompanied by a large volume of menstrual blood

In addition to its association with hormones, consumption of unhealthy, unbalanced foods and poor diet also impacts on irregular menstrual cycles. The presence of psychological disorders such as stress, depression, anxiety, can also affect hormonal regulation. not all types of cysts in the reproductive organs can affect hormone levels in the body and menstruation. Therefore, you need complete information regarding the type of cyst that you have had before. Hormonal drugs taken for pregnancy programs can also affect menstruation.

Ideally, recording is done to find out how many days a menstrual cycle you are experiencing. One menstrual cycle is counted starting from the first day of the previous menstruation until the first day of menstruation in the following month. Normally lasts between 28 to 35 days. This data can also help you to know your menstrual regularity and estimate your fertile period.

Irregular menstruation will affect your chances of pregnancy. The fertile period is the best time to increase the chances of pregnancy. Irregular menstruation will make it difficult for women to predict when the fertile period will come.

To help correct complaints, the following tips can be done:

Perform a healthy lifestyle
Eat healthy and nutritious foods
Avoid stress and fatigue
Avoid strenuous activities
Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption
Inadequate water needs
Regular exercise
Avoid obesity

It is highly recommended to conduct further consultations with obstetricians to get more complete information and evaluation. Ultrasonography / ultrasound examination can help assess the condition of the uterus and see if there are abnormalities in your reproductive organs. In addition, blood tests for reproductive hormone levels can also help assess hormone levels in your body that are carrying out a pregnancy program.
So much information that I can convey, hopefully it helps
