Black Blood Comes Out After Menstruation After 1 Week?
Hello, I am Rusmawar, 22 years old, unmarried, Gini, I was unable to go one week ago, it is dry, but after a few days this blood came out again, but there were not many colors that stuck to me, that’s why. How can that be?
Thank you for the question.
Black blood spots outside the menstrual cycle most often occur due to hormonal disorders. The causes of this condition can be many, ranging from stress, fatigue, obesity, extreme diets, exercise too hard, the use of hormonal birth control, thyroid gland disorders, chronic diseases, pituitary gland abnormalities, and so on. Some types of diseases, such as endometriosis, pelvic inflammation, uterine polyps, ovarian cysts, adenomyosis, etc. can also cause abnormal spots as you experience them. If you have had sex before, the spots you experience may also indicate implantation spots or miscarriages.
To be clear, you should check yourself directly to the doctor or obstetrician. An ultrasound examination, hormone test, or other supporting tests can be done by the doctor to make it clear whether your condition is still mild, or whether further treatment is needed so as not to lead to dangerous complications.
In the meantime, so that spots do not recur, you should be disciplined to live a healthy lifestyle, starting from exercising diligently, sleeping regularly, eating more fruits and vegetables, drinking enough water, don't stress, and don't smoke too. We do not recommend that you take any medication, herbs or supplements without a prescription directly from a doctor. Finally, if you are not married, you should not have sex outside of the bond of marriage.
Hope this helps ...
