Black Dot On The Skin?
Hello, I want to ask. Some time ago two black dots appeared on my skin which were located far apart. No complaints, no itching or irritation. But the longer it looks like it’s growing … Now it’s quite big and has a black color. What is that? Akah Should I consult a skin specialist directly? Thank you for your time 🙏
Good morning, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com. Black spots can occur due to various things, including:
Exposure to sunlight
Mole or nevus
Regardless of what the probable cause is, what needs to be considered is the danger signs, such as rapidly increasing black spots, asymmetrical shape, unclear boundaries, and non-uniform color. In your case, with it already enlarged, our advice is that you should immediately consult a dermatologist for a history, physical examination and possibly the support needed to determine the best diagnosis and treatment. Can be in the form of topical medication, cold therapy, laser or surgery.
Meanwhile, there is no need to worry too much, don't touch it and don't put anything on without a doctor's advice. So, hopefully answering your question.
