Black Spot On Nose?
hello, I want to ask if the black spots on my nose are blackheads? why is there no bulge, yes, the black spot, when you press it it won’t come out. Thank you
Hello Mr. Reynaldi, dark spots on the skin can be blackheads, spots or hyperpigmentation, moles or nevus. Blackheads are sebum or oil in the pores that accumulate and harden, then due to the open pores the oil is oxidized by the air causing a blackish color. Removing blackheads and pimples requires a special technique, if the technique and treatment is not right it will enlarge the pore size, trigger inflammation so that infection and make the surface of the skin blisters so black. Removing blackheads with the wrong technique will make blackheads remain in the pores. From the picture given, it appears that the pores are blackened on the surface of the edges and filled with blackened masses, possibly the blackheads that were tried to remove but were unsuccessful or the pimples that were tried to be removed caused irritation to the skin surface. There are several ways to reduce blackheads, such as using ingredients that contain BHA or salicylic acid which can penetrate through the skin's oil layer and help regenerate the skin's surface, or peeling or microdermabrasion to lasers. Of course, this process is not instant, it requires a process. You can consult a dermatologist in this situation. Avoid squeezing pimples, can compress the nose area with warm water then remove blackheads then rinse cold water to shrink pores, avoid oily and fatty foods, wash your face with acidic ingredients such as AhA bha.
