At noon, I have experienced itching in my body, hands, on my back, stomach and thighs. It has black spots and itchiness. There are quite a lot of black spots on my thigh, why is that? Thanks
Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
Itching in almost the entire body as you experience, can occur due to various triggers, for example allergies, skin infections, insect bites or other animals, irritation, atopic dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, to disorders of internal organs, such as liver, kidney, and so on . This itching, if scratched excessively, can cause the appearance of blackish hyperpigmented lesions and tends to be more difficult to remove than the itch itself. Apart from the itching factor, black spots on the skin can also arise due to the influence of excessive UV light exposure, folliculitis, nevi (moles), hyperkeratosis, hormonal disorders, and so on.
Does your complaint continue over the 1 month? Are there other complaints that you experience, for example fever, pus out of the skin, swelling, tightness, and so on? Are there other people around you who also experienced similar complaints?
To be clear as to what is the right treatment for your condition, you should immediately check with your doctor or dermatologist right away. Simply by direct inspection, the best treatment can usually be determined. Or, if necessary, your doctor may also direct you to undergo further tests, such as allergy testing, examination of skin samples that have complaints, and so on.
At home, you can apply the following initial treatments:
No excessive scratching of itchy skin
Bathing regularly morning and evening, dry your body well before dressing
Choose clothes made from soft, loose, and absorb sweat
Do not exchange personal items with others
Do not use skin care products that are irritative
Before your activity, first use sunscreen and moisturizer
Hope this helps ...
