Bleeding During Bowel Movements After A Squat Jump?
Outside of menstruation during chapters, I was bleeding after I did a 30x squat jump for 3 days in a row. That’s why? Does the squat jump affect the discharge?
Good afternoon, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com. In your case, it really needs to be confirmed whether what you mean is that the bleeding is from the vagina or from the anus. Because on one hand you mention the blood coming out during bowel movements, but on the other hand you also mention the menstrual cycle, even though both come from different systems.
If the blood comes out of the anus, then the possible cause could be due to hemorrhoids or hemorrhoid, which is related to squat jump activity is an increase in pressure in the stomach. Other activities related to increased pressure in the abdomen are pushing too strong, lifting weights that are too heavy, having excessive body weight or obesity, and coughing or sneezing for a long time. Another possibility that can occur is the process of inflammation, eating red foods such as dragon fruit, and tumors in the digestive tract.
If you mean the blood coming out of the vagina, then when it comes to squat jump is a factor of fatigue, because too much activity can cause bleeding. Another possibility is a lifestyle such as undergoing a diet, eating fatty foods, lack of sleep and stress. Infection, use of hormonal contraception, and friction due to sexual intercourse can also cause this condition.
Apart from that, actually we can not really know whether it is purely caused by a squat jump or any other cause without direct examination. Therefore, we recommend that you check your condition with a general practitioner, or may go directly to the obstetrician if the bleeding you mean comes out of the vagina. With a direct examination, your doctor can dig up your medical history and illness and conduct a direct examination that can avoid misunderstandings and determine the best treatment for you.
Meanwhile, avoid stress and cigarette smoke, take regular breaks, don't overexert yourself in sports, increase consumption of fruits and vegetables, don't push too hard, and check your condition immediately, especially if the complaint continues. So, hopefully answering your question.
