Hello Gigi, thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
Let me introduce myself, Dr. Rio will answer your question.
Based on the story you told about your different gestational age when on ultrasound. This can occur due to the gestational age you are counting from the time of the last menstruation, even though fertilization has not yet occurred. Meanwhile, when the fertilization process occurs, it is not known with certainty so that when on ultrasound a different gestational age is obtained. Actually what you have to worry about is the bleeding that is happening to you. At gestational age <20 weeks the fetus is still very vulnerable. There is a possibility of an abortion / miscarriage in you. However, there are other causes of bleeding in the early trimester of pregnancy such as an ectopic pregnancy, grape pregnancy, or normal bleeding due to fetal implantation. For this reason, you should consult your obstetrician if bleeding continues, especially if there is more bleeding and is accompanied by lumps or abdominal pain.
Right now what you can do is:
Get enough rest, and limit your activities, if you work, take time off for a while.
Evaluate the bleeding that you are experiencing.
Avoid lifting heavy loads.
Avoid sorting, especially your abdomen.
That's all my answer, thank you very much :)
