Bleeding From The Birth Canal After Intercourse?
I had the first sex with my wife on the 31st August, and the wife was bleeding from the vagina without stopping all day, her menstruation was normal every 12th … please enlighten me ..
Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
Frequent bleeding from the birth canal after sexual intercourse is not often a dangerous condition. This bleeding can occur related to the injury of the reproductive organs (for example the vagina, hymen, etc.) when first penetrated. If there are no other complications, this bleeding should only appear a little, and the duration is also short (no more than 1-2 days).
However, if the bleeding that your wife experiences is quite a lot of volume, this condition could indicate a disorder, for example hormonal balance disorders, endometriosis, uterine polyps, myomas, pelvic inflammation, bleeding disorders, and so on.
You should not panic first. Provided that your wife does not experience severe complaints, for example, severe abdominal pain, symptoms of anemia (pale, weak, dizzy, difficult to concentrate), abnormal vaginal discharge, etc., often this condition will improve by itself without the need for special treatment. Try asking your wife first to get plenty of rest, also remind her to eat and drink healthy, rich in vitamin K, ask her to use tampons to prevent excessive bleeding out of the birth canal. Do not forget, do not yet have sex that involves vaginal penetration if there is still a lot of blood from your wife's birth canal.
If the complaint continues for more than 1 week, or other serious complaints appear as we have mentioned above, try asking you to check the complaint directly to the doctor or obstetrician to be given the best treatment according to the underlying cause.
I hope this helps.
