Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Basically, bleeding from the vagina during pregnancy is not necessarily due to miscarriage. There are also several types of miscarriages, in abortion imminens (meaning miscarriage threatening) the fetus may still be alive in the womb even though there are signs of miscarriage such as bleeding out of the vagina and cramps in the abdomen. Therefore, if you experience vaginal bleeding during your pregnancy, you will certainly be advised to do an obstetrician's examination first to ascertain whether or not the pregnancy was caused by a miscarriage, and whether the fetus is still alive or not. Curette will not be done if it is not caused by a miscarriage or the fetus is still alive. Even if you have a miscarriage and the fetus has died in the womb, curettage does not necessarily have to be done in a young pregnancy because often the pregnancy tissue can come out on its own.
You should immediately check with your obstetrician. Meanwhile try to rest and lie down (don't stand up and walk a lot, don't lift heavy objects), eat and drink in sufficient quantities.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
