Bleeding That Occurs Within 12 Days After Menstruation?

ammu’alaikum..rnDoctor I want to ask about my complaint, currently I have two periods in one month. My first period was on January 22-26, then I had my period again on February 3rd until now. But the blood that comes out is not like menstruation, usually just blood spots and brown spots. And at the beginning I started my second period when after HB with my husband. I just got married in the 9th month and I also haven’t been blessed with children. Guess what happened to I am currently bleeding implantation or something else? Please answer 🙂 thanks ^^

Hi Umm,
Bleeding that occurs within 12 days after menstruation as you experience basically can have various causes. Whether this condition is related to pregnancy or not, of course, further medical examination will be needed to confirm it.
In early pregnancy, some women may experience light bleeding, known as implantation bleeding, which is bleeding that occurs during implantation of the fetus in the uterine wall. Implantation bleeding occurs 6-12 days after conception. The difference with menstruation is that implantation bleeding produces less blood volume and generally only lasts for 1-2 days.
In addition to being related to pregnancy, bleeding that occurs can also be caused by other factors such as:
Hormone imbalance
Contraceptive use
Lifestyle (stress, fatigue, excessive exercise, lack of nutrition)
Problems with the reproductive organs (cervical inflammation, ovarian cysts, pelvic inflammation, cervical cancer)
Blood clotting disorders
To be able to determine the cause of the condition experienced, you should see a gynecologist for further examination. If supporting tests such as ultrasound or blood tests are needed, the doctor can recommend to investigate the cause further, so that you can be given the right treatment according to the underlying condition.
Suggestions for you:
Get enough rest and try not to get too tired
Limiting strenuous activity
Regulate nutritious food patterns
Minimize stress
