Hello,

Your condition can be caused by:

Liver disorders
Bile disorders

If this condition continues and does not change for the good, then you should go back to the doctor who treated you before. With the best examination, the doctor can identify the source of the problem and provide you with appropriate treatment.

For first aid you need to do tips on a healthy balanced diet by:

Eat small portions but often.
Avoid foods that trigger gas and bloating such as cabbage, soda, coffee, tea, alcohol, asparagus, chocolate.
Expand vegetables and fruit with a balanced portion.
Avoid drinking too much water after eating. We recommend that you drink it before eating.
Sports.
Avoid lying down after eating.
