But when tensioned in the hospital my tension was 120/80. I was told to go home again with the doctor. how should I do it? I’m confused, with the hospital condition that is more difficult because of this covid procedure ?? from the beginning of pregnancy my blood pressure went up and down ..
Tension or blood pressure is a value that indicates how strong the heart pumps blood throughout the body. Blood pressure is considered normal when it is in the range of 90/60 mmHg to <130/80 mmHg. Although blood pressure test results can be above normal, but this does not necessarily cause blood pressure must always be above normal. Blood pressure is fluctuating, meaning that it can increase / decrease depending on the body's biological clock, the activities you do and the condition of the body.
Increased blood pressure in advanced pregnancy (second / third trimester) accompanied by the presence of protein in the urine is a condition to watch out for because it is a symptom of preeclampsia that requires treatment to prevent eclampsia that can threaten the lives of mothers and fetuses. Related to this, you should discuss directly and thoroughly with the doctor who treats you to get the explanation or treatment needed.
Preeclampsia and eclampsia are conditions requiring close supervision, so I recommend that you avoid outbreaks of referral health agencies and consult with your doctor or health agency that handles you. The consultation should be conducted by telephone if possible to avoid crowds of people and exposure to viruses.
