Hi Riska Amalia,
Spots of blood, stomach cramps, nausea and vomiting, and other signs of pregnancy are subjective. This is one of the causes of changes in the hormones estrogen and progesterone that occur during pregnancy.
A definite sign of pregnancy is amenorrhea (no menstruation), taking a pregnancy test with a test pack, and carrying out supporting examinations such as abdominal ultrasound.
So if you are in doubt about the status of your pregnancy, you should do a pregnancy test using urine in the morning as a sample.
Regarding the blood that you are asking if it is the blood of a freshly released virgin, the answer is no. When a woman has sex for the first time, there is a tear in the hymen which can cause bleeding or not at all. This can be caused by the abundance or absence of blood vessels around the hymen and the elasticity of the connective tissue that composes the hymen.
So that the blood that comes out can be caused by injury to the female area, blood due to the early process of pregnancy or early signs of menstruation.
You can read more information about the hymen in the following article.
