Bluish Red Bumps On The Feet?
Good night. I am Melati at the age of 19, I want to ask, at my feet since I was 17 years old, growing a bluish red bump after swelling finally made an impression of being black and the marks were very long gone, about 2 years have not disappeared either. Previously had a chance to go to some dermatologists and general practitioners, some say small blood vessels burst due to wrong sports / long trips and then dermatologists say allergic to mosquito bites (but the bump is only on the legs) then other doctors say food allergies are itching. Yesterday about a month it has never grown again but recently appeared very much about 5 bemyol at a time, even though the diet pattern of sports use the right lotion I have done so I do not know the exact cause, it is not too disturbing, but the traces of many months have also disappeared , please answer yes, thank you.
Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Basically the presence of lesions on the skin always requires direct examination. Bluish red bumps on your feet can be caused by several possibilities, including:
insect bites or other small animals (such as bed bug bites)
allergic or irritation due to the use of certain soaps or lotions (contact dermatitis)
vasculitis (vasculitis itself there are many types, the symptoms that resemble your symptoms are hypersensitive vasulitis)
certain autoimmune diseases
You should check yourself directly to a dermatologist. If indeed the lesions on your skin do not resemble common lesions (such as small animal bites, contact dermatitis, or atopic dermatitis), then a skin biopsy should be performed on your lesions so that the cause can be known with certainty.
For now there isn't much you can do, make sure you don't scratch the lesion on your skin, because scratching can cause further infections and also cause scars on the skin. You can try cleaning your bed (with a vacuum) regularly and also changing your sheets regularly at least once every 1 week.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
