Good evening, thanks for the question
Muscular aches or pains called myalgia are most often caused by tension in the muscles, stress, minor injuries, or excessive use of muscles. This type of muscle ache is usually localized, that is, it only attacks certain parts of the muscle. While overall muscle pain can indicate an infection in the body, systemic disease, or side effects of drugs.
Associated with a history of gallstone surgery may not be directly related to the symptoms above. Rest muscles that have aches, and compress with ice if it appears swollen. Carry out further consultations with a doctor if complaints of muscle pain are accompanied by complaints such as dizziness, breathing problems, high fever, or neck stiffness for examination.
Related to complaints of difficult bowel movements, try to increase your intake of high-fiber foods that are mostly sourced from vegetables and food, increase water consumption, and be more active in moving but not to do strenuous activities. Defecation should be treated with this effort, but if you do not visit BAB accompanied by severe abdominal pain or unable to pass wind should consult further with your doctor to get treatment.
That's all, hope you can help.
